What we ask
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management;
More than 5 years of relevant work experience in distribution customer service within a global logistics and international environment, with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes;
Knowledge of ERP, preferably extensive SAP knowledge;
Ability to work with Microsoft Office software specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
A hands-on team leader with good interpersonal and communication skills;
People management skills;
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in database applications, and a clear focus on high-quality service delivery, with organizational sensitivity;
You have experience with projects / lean management;
Excellent professional communication in Dutch and English.
