Your mission
Join our team and drive sales growth for our ACC BU sales, specializing in application tools and installation accessories. You'll identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, prepare scaled pricing and execute bulk order sales. Empower our customers by enhancing the tools they rely on every day. By prioritizing safety and sustainability, we will build a lasting competitive advantage for HIAB.
The role is based in Meppel, The Netherlands, and belonging to BU Application Tools & Accessories Solutions, part of Hiab Services.
Key responsibilities
Create leads, convert sales and develop dealer relationships in- and outside Hiab sales network in cooperation with, CSC’s, Dealer mgm as well as direct
Develop scaled pricing model (with Pricing team and Product mgm functions) to achieve a competitive and profitable growth plan
Support the development of customer value propositions for ACC portfolio
Link product management, customers and frontline stakeholders to drive the development of Hiab’s ACC offering and its commercialization
Monitor the competitive landscape (direct competition, equipment OEMs, industry wide)
Provide sales training & competence development for Hiab frontlines and other partners
What we are looking for
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales
Minimum of five (5) years Account Management and business development
Fluent in English both verbally and written
Ability to travel
Proven experience in scaled pricing and bulk order sales
Sufficient technical understanding of products & applications
Understanding of the competitive landscape for accessories business, application tools and installation accessories
Group facilitation and trainer/instructor skills
Proven experience to work with remote resources and global teams
Active and collaborative attitude
